Workout #2 of the day. This morning I put in my 3 miles of running. Tonight I did arms/back and abs. Not much back..but some: 3x8 curls w/15 lb DB/ 3x6 flys w/8lb DB/ 3x10 overhead extensions with 10 lb DB/ Abs: On my exercise ball 50 crunches/ 25 bicycle crunches/ 25 knee raises on my pullup bar.
