    Seventy minute run and a crappy calf. With about 30 minutes into the run, shit hit the fan. Calf felt like it was about to cramp -- not sure if it actually did.

      The pink socks work much better than the black ones. Keep it together. If you don't feel ready for the tempo run- haul it back.
