      Download the Ease Into 5k app! It’s intervals. So I might do 90s run/90s Walk/60 run/60 walk x 5 for example.

      Eventually you’re supposed to get to running the whole time but I usually like to just stay on week 5 or lower and just try to sprint the runs faster. Running 9 min in a row is boring ;p ha ha
