      I am doing the indoor triathlon Tri-U-Mah at the U of M on Feb 25th. I got convinced by a co-worker and figured that since it's all stationary, if I go slow, I won't be stuck in the middle of a corn field. Getting on a bike is still on my to-do list. (yikes). Ha ha.

      Keep it up, Lisa! By the way, I read about you having vertigo when stepping off the treadmill on one of your previous posts. Not sure if you're still having it or not but I still get that every time (not that I'm on the treadmill that often...)
