    Our Madison to Chicago Ragnar Relay team from last weekend. 198 miles. Yeah, we finished. Actually, we did 201 miles, since one of our runners got lost for a little bit.

      Great job! Last year in Virginia beach the whole thing was at least 15 miles (my gps died) and only like 10 teams finished w/in the allotted time.

    Ran around Lake Wingra. I had to walk for 5 minutes at 1.5 miles to fend off really tight calves, but they didn't bother me again after that. Ran the rest out quite nicely.
