Yeah, a cough/cold/headache thing. Getting better now. Last week was my quiet week with being away and I had plans to run a lot more this week so a bit frustrated but what can you do.

Try not to let it mess with your head too much. Better now than when you are ready to race. Rest up and try and get yourself right for a LSD in the weekend, the key sessions are what really counts!

wasnt it Barry Magee that said you should go straight to bed, after training, when your sick?... still id stay on top of it, dont be afraid to give it the time or attention it needs... better to loose one or two days now than have it hang around for weeks impeeding training.
