    First time at the new release. What a killer core track!

      You should try teaching that core track, does my head in. Could they fit any more moves in there? How did you find triceps, biceps and lunges? HARD I hope ;)

    Spent almost the entire class doing revision. Mostly one on one stuff - self defense etc. Much easier than the people doing crossfit down the other end of the gym.

    One hour class. Had to do 6x100m sprints pushing a weighted sled. Then in to real tkd.

      It was like bench presses but with elbows tucked in so you use your triceps then one arm tricep push ups. Gotta be good for me right?
