Went great, glad I got out there before the rain came! I felt stiff in the calves at first, but once that first mile was in it was all good. Followed with:
floor leg lift w/ ball: 25x3
Ball crunches: 60x3-

Took it easy, getting over the stomach flu. Felt great to be out there running again! Caught myself smiling a couple times, what a goof. Legs felt great, super stoked my stomach didn't flip on me. Lost? Yes, that's tonight.

Terrific day to be out there, no? Sounds like a great ride, and sometimes it's fun to judge a little, but be careful. As we say around here, judge not, lest ye be judged!
