5 x mile (7:18, 6:54, 6:45, 6:40, 6:45) with 3:00 rests. I lost a few seconds during the last lap due to side stitch. But overall it was a good workout in the dark on a local high school track. The weather was very cool and dry in the low 60s - perfect for a speed work.
