5 mi tempo (7:33, 7:29, 7:25, 7:24, 7:20) + 4 mi wu/cd. 2nd run of the day. I planned to run 6 miles at tempo pace, but I had to cut it short due to time constraint. Regardless of the shortend distance, this workout still melted my legs especially near the end of the week. I'll fill the rest of the week with easy stuff besides the long run.
