    1st did 25 min cardio aerobics with somecircut training and then walked a 1 mile brisk walk. Felt great!

    Walked around lake 4 times and then down to community park and back. Kept a pretty good pace most of the time. Felt really good to get out and start this new journey to improve my over all well being!
