great Treadmill Run & weights 3 mi 00:33 10:54 pace

Ran at a slower pace than I'd like, but I felt great and that was motivating. Thanks Sequoia for the extra boost this week! Lifted some weights after my run too!

    I feel like I could run forever at an 11-12 minute pace! John keeps telling me how you feel is more important than pace. I guess he may be right! ;) good job!!

    Ok missy than you should up your mileage to 3! You can do it and you'll be so proud of yourself. Thats my challenge to you this week, get a 5k in (3.1 miles to be exact). Up for it?

    absolutely! I do need to map out 3...haven't run one outside yet, just on the treadmill. I'm sure it would be more fun...thanks for the inspiration!
