Did a 1 mile warm-up on elliptical and then did a 4 mile run in 42 min. Felt great even though the pace was slow. But I hadn't gone running in a few weeks, so overall I was happy!

great Treadmill Run & weights 3 mi 00:33 10:54 pace
Ran at a slower pace than I'd like, but I felt great and that was motivating. Thanks Sequoia for the extra boost this week! Lifted some weights after my run too!

I feel like I could run forever at an 11-12 minute pace! John keeps telling me how you feel is more important than pace. I guess he may be right! ;) good job!!
