Goal:

Now that I have run 4 half-marathons in a year, I would like to try to run a few more next year. To get a 2:20 half and a 1 hour 10k. Focus more on distance.

    Chicago 10k and extra miles 10.8 mi 02:00 11:06 pace

    Ran the Chicago 10k (which was actually 6.5 miles instead of 6.2 with the reroute the did) and then ran 4.8 more after. It was cold that morning :)

    Race went well. I enjoyed the temps (although it was cold a few times on the run :))
