Now that I have run 4 half-marathons in a year, I would like to try to run a few more next year. To get a 2:20 half and a 1 hour 10k. Focus more on distance.

    Went twice around the park. It was gorgeous out and I had a nice run. Last half mile the heel was hurting and I realized I hadn't put on my moleskin. :(
