Now that I have run 4 half-marathons in a year, I would like to try to run a few more next year. To get a 2:20 half and a 1 hour 10k. Focus more on distance.

    Ran with my sister at her speed for her second half marathon. What a great experience running side by side with my sister :)

    Ran/walked 3.5 miles to go find Ryan and run the last 3.5 miles into the finish for his marathon :)

    Needed 16 for the weekend so I did 3 at the hotel tonight. Ready for Air Force Half Marathon tomorrow with my sister :)

    Stormy blah weather kept me inside so I had to hit the treadmill at the gym. It was so friggin hot in there! I was drenched in sweat! It felt good to have this done!

      Nice job Annie. The weather has been bad here as well. I know we were going to meet up for a race this summer but my summer has been crazy. We Bought a house and spent most of the summer remodeling it.
