Now that I have run 4 half-marathons in a year, I would like to try to run a few more next year. To get a 2:20 half and a 1 hour 10k. Focus more on distance.

    Started off this run with a good groove, hit 9:40 and 9:50 for the first two... then it just got too muggy for me and I slowed it down a bit. This is done and over :)

    I set out wanting 8 and ended up doing 10. Goal was to keep each mile under 11 minutes and I was able to do that. It was cool out, but the air felt muggy and clammy. Done and done!
