Workout at 4:38 PM Easy run with a little more distance than I've been doing. I was concerned at the outset about getting this one in the book. After a really achy hip my last two runs I was trying to just relax and whatever happens happens. A few twinges but felt mostly okay. Hopefully more rolling, stretching and ice will keep things at bay a while longer.
