Not sure why, but a quick run seemed like a good idea after my bike ride. Took just enough time to change and hit the tunes and I was off and down the road. Just a quick loop through town. Not hard, not easy. Legs felt tired, but a good tired. And still just enough energy after this to do a little lawn mowing. Now, I'm done!

    Nicely done! If it was me, I probably would have run another mile, just so I was tired enough to NOT have to mow the lawn. Oh heck, who am I kidding… I don't mow the lawn, and even if I did, I would still say I was too tired to mow after 3.5 miles. ;)
