good Commute-back to Plover 13.1 mi 00:58 13.5mph pace

I think I am coming close to my limit for riding. Mostly clear tonight on the way back to Plover. My cycle computer kept a pretty steady 15 degrees but I did see single digits a couple times, and then stopped looking! I stayed fairly warm, but wouldn't have wanted to go a lot farther. If I wear any more layers I'm going to look like the Michelin Man! The ride was quiet and enjoyable. The moon was bright enough that I probably could have ridden without my headlamp. Plus, there was an amazing halo around the moon. Once I got back to the car I couldn't wait to drive down the road and get a hot cup of coffee to warm my chilly bones! Since it's supposed to be a little colder tomorrow I may leave the bike at home. But I reserve the right to change my mind.

Wow Dustin, nice work biking through this winter. I know the weather's been more than cooperative, but single digits will put some starch in your collar. Nice job!

    Nice Job:

The only way to discover your limit... is to be out there finding it! My limit is 20 degrees, for biking that is. Isn't it a great feeling tho, when you do get that hot cup of jo' and it warms you up from the inside out?
