    Workout at 4:51 PM. Out and back on Tomorrow River Trail. Just wanted to relax and zone out. Trying to keep pace around 10 minutes/mile and heart rate below 130.

    Quick ride after work. A loop plus on the single track at Hartman Creek SP. A good hard pace for one full lap. Easy lap with short cuts after. First ride on the Epic since last fall.
