    Just felt great to be back on the bike, I do not want to get injured AGAIN this year!! Cycled and enjoyed the backdrop of Mount Baldy, after my ride I went and taught a scuba class!! FEELING GREAT!!

    a charity ride for a local cyclist in a coma, I had to cancel my 200 miler due to my foot, but it was good for 90 mins. Relaxed the rest of the day with ice and hot on my foot
