Happy National Running day to everyone. Today I ran with a friend on her first run. She is interested in beginning to run & so we are going to go out running a couple times a week together. I'm so happy that she has decided to start running & am more than happy to "go slow" to help her get started... I know that having someone there to motivate you can be so helpful & give you that push to keep going. Thankful I have had people to do the same for me!


Nice Suzanne - yes it is and you are awesome for being there for her to give her that encouragement. Nice run too!
