    Beautiful day for a run with the family. Jeff & I took all the kids out for a lap around the golf course. Isabel & Isaac on their bikes and Ella in the jogging stroller. What a great time :)

      I'm glad you got good news! I'd still do the race as long as you can walk, not injure yourself & can finish within any time limits. What better way to celebrate your good health? :)

      I am so happy to hear that it was just a scare! Good luck with the event. I am sure you will do it...maybe not as fast, but that doesn't matter. Besides, two weeks is a good taper.
