My side/back muscles are still achy, but not as bad, so I didn't push the pace too much this morning. It was chillier than I expected out there, but temps should be nice for tonight's run with Ellen's group. I'm introducing them to Yasso 800s - should be fun!

Now I'm wondering how tomorrow's swim will feel. Maybe it will help loosen up the grumpy muscles? We'll see. Splits: 9:46, 8:46, 8:23, 8:16, 8:38.
