I wanted to see how my quad is doing, so I took off for a short jog, telling myself I could walk if it ever felt too bad. I have to keep the pace really easy, because extending my stride pulls too much on my quad & hip flexors. This never *hurt* but I can tell it still needs to heal more. I'll continue to run less, and slow, until it is 100%.
