    Very hard run for me today - but got it done. Also was brilliant enough to forgot to turn off the timer while waiting at traffic lights.

    Better than I thought muscle fatigue wise after a running hiatus - but my ankles still bothered me. Only a few more weeks until I can start running.

    Even though it was 27 degrees out - I felt really good for the first half - but the second half I had all sorts of random aches. Happy with the pace though.

  4. Because of the snow ... no outdoor run today. I am going to try and hit the gym this afternoon after work - but I take my first section of teh CPA exam tomorrow .. I should be studying.

    I was in such a grumpy mood so I went to the gym for a run and put my iPhone on Pandora. Did a .25 warm up walk and .25 cool down walk and ran the rest at varying speeds.

      Eh - Still felt like concrete feet lady and it hurt my shins a little. My legs were still tired from Saturday but I have yoga tomorrow so that should help!

    Pretty good run! I think my fastest leisurely pace. First mile was cold and then it got better after that.
