噗....早上上班刷牙,打各噴嚏,骨盆就抗議了。一整天像老太婆一樣小心翼翼護著腰。沒辦法阿....接下來有三場路跑要跑,我可不想變傷兵。
帶著忐忑的心情,去游泳池發洩一下,果然轉身出水都感覺身體右邊整個卡住....看來明天非去推拿不可了!
很希望可以恢復到2550M,只要1HR02MIN的狀態....
