靠著中午又酸又辣的湯麵,晚上的薑汁豆花,剛剛一身熱汗
應該把昨天游泳的寒氣都祛除了吧?
鼻子通的感覺真好.....今天晚上應該很好睡了,喔耶!
今天把步頻調快一點,希望像網路說的,這樣比較不傷膝蓋
但是呼吸的頻率跟步頻還沒有配合得很好。
希望在跑21K之前,身體可以習慣這種跑步節奏。
