Felt great after this one! I'm getting faster on my longer runs. This is a PR for me. The women in my age group are so phenomenal, I only came in 9th place in my age group. Negative splits, with mile 10 in 7:16. Time to enjoy Halloween and go trick-or-treating with the kiddos and Steve tonight. Be safe everyone!
