I either have a cold or bad allergies - either way I'm pretty congested today so I took the intensity down a bit. Still got to the gym before 6AM, though!

tired Treadmill Workout - low interval 2.5 mi 00:45 18:00 pace
I was originally going to do only 30 minutes, but bumped it up to 45...I kept my hills kind of low, though - I was feeling very tired.

Its such a good workout - I do this as well when in the gym, find my heart rate goes up on those hills as it does when running on the road.
