    CrossFit On-Ramp - Class B - today we learned the proper form for deadlifts and presses. The WOD was 15 presses, lunges across, 20 mountain climbers, lunges back, repeat. Not bad.

      Now you know. p90x aims to build mental toughness via Tony's endless prattle. If you can withstand him, you'll have the grit to eke out one more pushup. Genius, lol.
