20 minute zone 1 warmup, 5k interval in 22:30, 18 minute zone 1 cooldown. Legs felt a little fatigued - maybe from gardening the previous day? Took awhile to get warmed up. During the interval, focused on turnover. Most sub-AT, however, at the end picked it up a bit after a sluggish start to finish within the 22:30 time so was breathing heavier the last lap.
