    Well it took most of the run for my A.T to losen up. My legs felt heavy and my atheritis was acting up. But over all it was ehh. But I got a run in!!

    My personal best for 3 miles. I was supposed to run 5, but seeing how it was storming(lightning and thunder and heavy rain) right on top of me I cut it short.

    Startd off fair than about the second quarter I struggled(which I always struggle at the 5.5/6 mile marker) than pulled through on the third and finished up nice on the last of it!
