    Trying to walk with the dog is not such a good idea if I actually want to get exercise. The crazy thing has to smell EVERY blade of grass and pee on EVERY mailbox.

    Not sure how long it took me but man, my fat little puggle moves fast. Had to run to keep up with him at times.

    I was going to bike to a friends house but it was too dang hot and I was too tired. So I went for a nice stroll on the treadmill instead. Took my time which was nice.

    Well, I decided to do a 5K so I could watch the Biggest Loser Finale. I was a little disapointed in the winner (was hoping Daris would take it). I think this is my fastest time for a 5K yet.
