    Ran 2 in 21:45, then rode the bike for another 3.6mi and 5 min cool down on elliptical. Some abs arms and stretching...

    1 mile run on tm, then a 3 mile bike ride, and 20 floors on the stair master. Then some stretching, abs, and arms.

    Felt great minus some pain in the left foot. Made it up all the hills with out problem. Found my form that really was working for me.

      it was the xctry. the psuedo x country... some trails, some road, and some of that terrible dirt path with loose rocks following the high wires....

    Kids run amuck while I run on the dreadmill. Wish I could have enjoyed the weather but wasn't in my favor.... I will enjoy the weather all night at work tho.
