Saturday....a Ken special. Nothing he did was familiar today. I was whooped early. It took all I had make it to the end. A true challenge- enjoyed it though. Finished with 20 on the stairmaster....

Tuesday cont...freestyling free weights/ machines. I started with back, then legs, then I kinda hit all major muscle groups after that. Full body workout complete. Just what I needed.
