The storm outside is holding strong, have resorted to spinning classes this week. Snowboarding tomorrow, and hopefully back to treadmill (and even running outdoors...?) next week!

Ride on stationary bike with sprint intervals -- 30 sec sprint/1 min recovery for 40 minutes. Forgot to log the km! ugh. Sprinting around 11mi/hr, recovery around 7.

Stiff ankles took almost 30 minutes to loosen up! Ugh! Must stretch more! After that, smoooooth sailing and BEAUTIFUL near-spring weather.
