      Thank you, yes that's not bad for me. We went slower in the heat today, and stopped to get wet in cold creeks at the half way and end, but did 6 miles :D

    Raining but not cold. Great semi fast walk with dog, down and back up the big hill. It was wonderful to be outside and only a little bit sore the next day.

    Hot and with some steep hills, but it was great to be out with some of my students and see them enjoy the running too.
