Thank you Mel J. for the info regarding starting back into running. I'm hoping by going slow, my joints won't get as pissed at me! lol So, today was 5 min warm up, run 2 min, walk 10, run 2, walk 10, cool down. Was going to just do 5 min cool down, but calculated wrong and ended up on the other side of the neighborhood! lol So cool down was 10 min. :o) Felt good to get out there. It's not perfect, but I did it!
