      I'm really curious about this "Primal" class- is using all your own body weight? Where does the name come from?

      Yes, mostly body weight. We also use large tires and do things like OH presses etc. with them. The 'Primal' comes from the owner's back to basics philosophy. It's a great high intensity workout - good mix of cardio and strength. They also have boxing class two days a week and I love that too - gloves, punching bags and sparring!

      Sounds like lots of fun- and a kick-ass workout. I really love the high-intensity classes that work your entire body!

    Decided I'm going to incorporate the bodyrock workouts a few times a week for some extra fat burning time :) It was only 12 minutes, but tough!

      me too, but with it being dark early, I am forced to run in the evening and it's so much harder! Great job though!
