    The ankle ached a bit, but I feel I did a good pace for being injured and having a chest cold.

      What part of the blue hills? There is quite a bit of rock scrambling in that park, no? Great job!

      Tommie, there definitely is some really rocky bits, but the 3 mile race wasn't like that. There was a 10 mile race too, which was going to be more like that, i think.
