The ankle ached a bit, but I feel I did a good pace for being injured and having a chest cold.

Tommie, there definitely is some really rocky bits, but the 3 mile race wasn't like that. There was a 10 mile race too, which was going to be more like that, i think.

Achilles is a little stiff, but no sharp pains! Only did a fraction of the usual 6 miles, but I wasn't going to push my first time back. Now waiting for the group.
