      It was good, I took it as a way of figuring out what was making that group of muscles hurt, so as to know what to work on.

    3 Advil and a bit of self massage on the leg, and it felt much better. I was pushing the speed a bit, honestly felt faster than the 9:27 pace, but maybe I'm wrong.
