    well, ran 21 walked 2 then ran the last 9. i blame this one on 78% humidity. i had sore legs though too for no good reason. maybe i need to stretch more or a longer warm up?

      Summer you're doing great!Your legs are probably just adjusting to longer running sessions. Walking could help loosen up a bit :)
