  1. RUN
    injured 0.78 mi 00:09:34 12:19 pace

Putting myself on the injured list...again. Not sure if I'm dealing with phantom pains, or the stress fracture re-fractured, so time to take a bit of time off. Beautiful day for a run with t... read more

  2. RUN
    great 0.67 mi 00:06:54 10:20 pace

Quick run with the boy in the VFF's.. Surprised he stayed in the jogging stroller instead of wanting to run with me..

  3. RUN
great South Haven 0.71 mi 00:07:01 09:54 pace

First run since my concussion. Felt awesome. Beautiful 50 degrees along Lake Michigan. Farthest distance in a long time too..

  4. RUN
    great 0.42 mi 00:04:31 10:52 pace

Quick VFF run around the neighborhood. No increase in distance yet. Can't wait to be barefooting it though. And beautiful, 60 degree day.

  5. RUN
    great 0.41 mi 00:04:15 10:15 pace

A bit cool out (42-ish), but great barefoot run. Recovering from a couple of blisters still though from the other day, but didn't seem to do much, which is good. Can't wait for warmer w... read more

  6. RUN
    great 0.42 mi 00:04:06 09:49 pace

In my Vibrams, but only because I am still recovering from some nasty blisters. Great run otherwise, beautiful at 60 degrees, although mostly cloudy.

  7. RUN
    great 0.5 mi 00:12:17 24:44 pace

Run/walk with the little man...mostly walking though. Short little "sprints" with him here and there, but that was it...especially when he met a new "friend" on the route.

  8. RUN
great Around the house with the lit... 0.25 mi

Awesome run with my 3-year-old son.. Started out as a family walk, him and I would run ahead, then I'd have him run back, give Mommy a five, and then come back and give me one. Rinse and rep... read more

  9. RUN
    great 0.34 mi 00:03:44 10:53 pace

Almost wussed out.. Glad I didn't though. Still taking it slow and easy..

  10. RUN
great Around the house 0.32 mi 00:03:24 10:47 pace

Good run. Not feeling to well, a little run down, but couldn't resist the urge to a get a quick run in (since all I am currently running are quick runs because they are so short!).. Comfy 38... read more

  11. RUN
great Around the house.. 0.29 mi 00:03:22 11:36 pace

First barefoot run of the year. 55-ish out. Awesome! No increases in distance (at least none about .05 miles beyond .25 miles) for a while though. Need to be slow and gradual.

  12. RUN
    great 0.29 mi 00:02:58 10:22 pace

Awesome run. A little farther than I wanted, and I really need to be careful, but it just felt too freaking wonderful. Gotta go nice and slow and short to start..

  13. RUN
    great 0.24 mi 00:02:37 11:04 pace

First run in an entirely way too long period of time. First true run of the year actually. Starting slow and easy though, as I don't want repeats of my stress fractures. Beautiful day too.

  14. RUN
    great 0.75 mi 00:07:36 10:08 pace

Fun run! Started raining about halfway into my warmup. First run in a while. Decided to do the run anyway, and definitely well worth it. Enjoyable last run of the year after nearly a month off.... read more

  15. RUN
good Cold, snowy, and windy... 0.91 mi 00:09:00 09:51 pace

...just the way I like it! Short run in my VFF's. Was at nearly the end of my planned route anyway when some top of foot pain hit in my left foot. Definitely doesn't feel like a fractu... read more

  16. RUN
    great Woohoo! 1.25 mi 00:15 12:07 pace

Awesome run on some rough asphalt. 46ish though, and wonderful for barefooting it. Amazed even that I was able to do that much with all the leaves I helped rake and bag earlier.

  17. RUN
    great 0.2 mi 00:02:23 11:50 pace

Second little jaunt. Hardly worth mentioning, but it happened, so it must be added.

  18. RUN
    great 1.01 mi 00:12:06 11:59 pace

Awesome run. Still felt like I could've kept running, but I was feeling good, not sure how far I went, so decided it was worth it to stop. Did one more real short one after that. Completely... read more

Indeed it is! Especially when you're used to running multiples of a single mile, and haven't been able to do so in well over year. :)

Truly wonderful weather indeed, although I know it's not lasting much longer..

  19. RUN
    good 0.77 mi 00:08:31 11:04 pace

Wonderful, 35 degree morning. Wearing my VFF's, would much rather have been barefoot. Ah well.. Tis the season, I guess.

  20. RUN
good Nice, cool, morning run! 0.8 mi 00:08:26 10:34 pace

About 45-ish, and completely barefoot this morning. Been running by feel, rather than paying attention to my GPS, and I was surprised to see the distance when I stopped. Still working on the stre... read more
