    Had a very nice woman on the treadmill next to me today who liked to talk. It was a nice distraction, but I have a hard enough time with small talk even under the best of circumstances!

      Didn't you love how the city plowed the roads in Country Gardens!?! It's like they forgot it all together!!

      It's actually better than over here in Thornton Heights. And you should hear my husband complain about Veteran's Bridge (he commutes to work on his bike). Funny, usually they do a good job with this kind of thing,

      I know! SoPo usually does do a good job. The major roads are ok. It's frustrating when you can't run with solid footing...but like you said, at least you got to run outside:)

      Well the miles are in the bank and no injuries.. I can relate to the slushy yukky roads.. All you need for my road conditions is to add falling ice.. Another Suki 6 in the books.. ) hope ya had a wonderful Christmas.

    Not sure the pace is right. Pushed it for 6 miles then a slow easy cycle as I talked to my sister, who was on the bike next to mine (love that!)
