Lovely day for a quick run. Part of me wanted to take it easy, another part of me wanted to run fast. The run fast person won out over the first and last mile (sub 8min both), but the hills in the middle kept me at a more honest pace.

I was fooled by the warm sun and ran in shorts and a t-shirt. I was fine, but I don't know how people ran the Turkey Trot in just shorts.
