I'm a hot mess, friends.

My back is still hurting (2 weeks and 1 day later), although MUCH MUCH improved, it can still pull in the wrong position. Yesterday I had 2 sick kids. I took my daughter to the doctor, we were suspecting a UTI. As I was bent over the toilet trying to collect a urine sample from her, ANOTHER part of my back went out, this time under my right shoulder. Better today, but still hurts.

Still planning on doing Sunday's triathlon, but please pray I don't literally fall apart on the race course. I'm doing the tri as a tune-up only, I don't care about my time, I really want to just get in tri mode for my 70.3 in Sept.

    Ow! Well, you knew you weren't going to bike until Sunday - but good run for being hurt! Yeesh!

    Sending healing thoughts your way. It sounds like one of those races when you read the recap and they say, "Once I started moving, my back didn't hurt at all." At least that's what I hope to read in your recap!
