Ok, so it wasn't on my bike, and it wasn't on a real spin bike, it was on a recumbent, but I was spinning my legs and sweating and with my back hurting it was the closest I've gotten in almost 2 weeks. My back feels so much better, I'm hopeful that I will be pain-free soon.
