20 lap swim. Decided to try it and see how my back felt. It actually felt ok during most of it, but started to twinge toward the end so I'm glad I didn't go any further.


Nice swim! I am sure it is freestyle you want to practice but try the backstroke every now and then. I find that doesn't bother my back as much when I am having issues.
