I have a pulled muscle in my back and am resting today and at least tomorrow, if not longer. In the meantime, I updated my blog with where I am in training for my 70.3. http://is.gd/ICippr

Everything looks great! And I'll tell you (from super recent experience lol) that training for that long will bring setbacks and injuries of some sort or other - but you will get through it quickly and you'll be right back at it!
