I wanted to do 5 miles today, so split it up so I can take the dog too. Did this one by myself. First real run since last Sunday's half mary, and first real run in my new shoes and new custom orthotics. Overall felt good, no real pain.

    Ooh, custom orthotics. Did you get the kind where they had to cast your feet? I noticed my knees/hips took a little while to get used to them. Now, I rotate the two pairs I have through all my shoes/combat boots.
