30 lap shake out/recovery swim. So sore from yesterday's half marathon---even my arms are sore! Did a few laps on each set using the paddleboard to really shake out my legs. Also looking forward to yoga tonight, which should help.


Very nice Sugar. I know the feeling. Yoga should really help.

Nice swim, Ms. Fish! 1500 yards for recovery . . I'd be out of breath by swim's end! Speaking of which, I need to find a pool. It's getting HOT outside, and I have a thing for pull sets.
