Actually, I feel like I'm incubating with an upper respiratory infection of some kind; sore throat, tired, build-up of assorted stuff in my throat causing me to clear my throat constantly. So it was actually an all-right run; but since I was able to do 4 miles, the end result is a a good run. Not a great run, but definitely one I was happy with.
