    This was supposed to be my Thursday a.m. run but I slept late so I ran today instead. Felt great, did a little work on my pace.

    Felt a little tired during this run but I also felt really good that I could run 4.5 miles.

    Whew! I felt pretty good, good enough to keep running for 5 miles, but at the end I was a little bit tired. In a good way, however. :)

    Well, finally, I ran a 5K faster than 32 minutes. :) My next goal is to get my pace down to a 10-min. mile. It might take a little while but I can do it.
